Global PICK1-deficient mice on HFD display increased activity in the insulin signaling pathway. Skeletal extensor digitorium longus muscles from WT and PICK1-deficient mice following 18 weeks on HFD were incubated under basal condition or stimulated with insulin for 30 minutes. (n ≥ 6). Western blotting analysis was performed for (A) phosphorylated IRS-1, (B) phosphorylated Akt, and (C) phosphorylated GSK3β. The phosphorylated level was normalized to total amount of unphosphorylated protein. Data are shown as dot plot with mean ± SEM.
