Global PICK1-deficient mice on HFD display increased activity in the insulin signaling pathway. Skeletal extensor digitorium longus muscles from WT and PICK1-deficient mice following 18 weeks on HFD were incubated under basal condition or stimulated with insulin for 30 minutes. (n ≥ 6).
