Aerobic exercise improved the ASM contractile function in asthmatic rats by inhibiting IL-4 secretion and down-regulating STIM1 and Orai (subtypes 1 and 2) expression levels, thereby decreasing excessive SOCE-mediated ASM contraction in asthmatic rats.
