Figure 4. — The levels of IL-1α, TNFα, collagen II, GAG, MMP-3, and PLA2 detected using biochemical methods. Compared with the control group, levels of IL-1α (A) and TNFα (B) were consistently higher in the unilateral and bilateral ischemic groups as postoperative time increased, and the expression of collagen II (C) and GAG (D) in the unilateral and bilateral ischemic groups continued to decline as the postoperative time was prolonged. MMP-3 (E) and PLA2 (F) were consistently highly expressed in the unilateral and bilateral ischemic groups as the postoperative time increased (*P < .05, compared with control group).
