IL-37 improves oxidative stress in diabetic ApoE-/- mice. Diabetic ApoE-/- mice were divided into two groups: i) STZ/HD group: The mice were fed with high-fat feed for 12 weeks and received the same amount of saline intraperitoneally; and ii) IL-37 group: The mice were fed with high-fat feed for 12 weeks and received IL-37 intraperitoneally (1 µg/week).
