MoHTR3 affects the expression of plant defence‐associated genes. (a) Expression of rice defence‐related genes during the interaction between Magnaporthe oryzae and rice (Jeon et al., 2020). The expression of hypersensitive response (HR)‐related, peroxidase response‐related, P450 defence‐related, pathogenesis‐related (PR), ethylene (ET) signalling‐related, jasmonic acid (JA) signalling‐related, and salicylic acid (SA) signalling‐related genes is indicated.
