Immunoblotting analysis of AcrA in the AcrB- and TolC-deficient cells cross-linked with DSP in intact cells. Western blot analysis with the anti-AcrA antibody showed that complexes C1 and C2 were absent in the acrB::kan strain AG102MB but were present in the tolC mutant ZK796.
