IRF3 deficiency increases M2 phenotypic markers. 1 × 10⁶ RAW Lucia or IRF3KO-RAW Lucia cells were incubated overnight in 6-well plates and then challenged with 5 × 10⁶ TMEV. After 18 and 24 h, mRNA expression of iNOS and IL-6 M1 markers or CD206, and ARG1 M2 markers were assessed by qRT-PCR. For the reported experiment n=3 for each condition, which was repeated n=3.
