Upregulation of miR-150-3p inhibits tumor growth in vivo

SW620 and HCT-116 cells were implanted subcutaneously into immunocompromised mice. When the tumors reached 80 mm 3 in volume, the mice received intraperitoneal administration of miR-150-3p agomir or corresponding negative control every other day.
