RNF8 deficiency increased the toxicity of lenvatinib in HCC cells

Cell proliferation was evaluated via CCK8 assay to detect the effects of RNF8 silencing on lenvatinib toxicity in HCCLM3 (A,B), SNU387 (C,D), and HepG2 (E,F) cells.
