Two main categories of plugins are provided including (i) plot and (ii) table.

Plot Recording	Plot	Plot the raw recording with all analysis results overlaid
Spike Clips	Plot	Overlay APs aligned to their threshold. Includes phase plots and waterfall plots’
Plot Scatter	Plot	Plot scatter plots to examine the relationship between analysis results.
Plot FI	Plot	Plot summary analysis for a typical experiment delivering a range of current injection amplitudes.
Plot Analysis	Plot	Examine multiple plots at the same time to explore the relationships between parameters.
Export Trace	Plot	Visually edit the zoom and labelling of a raw trace to export to a file for publication.
FFT	Plot	Performs both FFT and PSD analysis on raw data. This includes filtering signals with Bessel filtering.
Detection Parameters	Table	Set all detection parameters, load presets, and create user defined subsets.
Summary Analysis	Table	a) Show a tabular summary of all detected spikes and all analysis results. b) Show a tabular summary of analysis results with the mean, std, sem, and n for each measurement. c) Show a tabular summary of all detection errors.
SanPy Log	Table	A tabular summary of the SanPy log. This is a “lab notebook” of actions taken on the SanPy interface. This can be sent to developers to troubleshoot and debug issues.
