Rnor_6.0 is the current rat reference genome, mRatBN7.2 is the new rat reference genome, GRCm39 is the current mouse reference genome, GRCh38 is the current human reference genome, CHM 13 is the first truly gapless human genome from a haploid cell line recently published by the Telomere-to-Telomere Consortium. Genomes are downloaded from UCSC Goldenpath. Summary statistics are calculated based on the fasta files of each release using QUAST.
