Self-reported weight and height used to calculate BMI. BMI categories were defined as follows: healthy weight (BMI, 18·5–24·9 kg/m2), overweight (25–29·9 kg/m2) and obese (≥30 kg/m2); P-values for χ 2 tests were calculated among age, gender, education, work status, income, specialisation and BMI.
