A checkpoint inhibitor trial enrolled 74 patients diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. Venous blood draws were collected followed by initiation of their ICI treatment regimen. Adverse events were continuously observed; tumor responses were regularly monitored. Best radiologic response was used as the observed response for analysis in our study.
