CD24-Siglec 10/G interaction selectively repress inflammatory response to tissue injuries. Sialylated CD24 interacts with Siglec 10 to repress inflammatory responses to danger (damage)-associated molecular patters (DAMPs) but not those to pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs).
