All TRs were examined from pggb and cactus, while TRs overlapping SVs were examined for minigraph. Genotypable TRs are TRs where all 12 assemblies had a known path through the local graph structure. VNTRs are genotypable TRs that had at least one sample with a different number of TR counts. CPU and Memory indicate the compute resources needed to identify the paths of all assemblies through all examined TRs
