The position of each point represents the odds ratio and the P value for the association between the protein and the given CAD outcome corrected for ASCVD risk. The y axis shows the −log10 of the P values, therefore the higher it is the more significant the association. The dotted horizontal line indicates P = .05. The proteins are colored according to FDR corrected P values, where P values >.1 are blue, P values between .05 and .1 are pink, and P < .05 are red.
