The y axis shows the −log₁₀ of the P values, therefore the higher it is the more significant the association. The dotted horizontal line indicates P = .05. The proteins are colored according to FDR corrected P values, where P values >.1 are blue, P values between .05 and .1 are pink, and P < .05 are red.
