Clinical Timeline: 48-year-old female with keratoconus, was initially intervened with scleral lens (SL), then wavefront-guided scleral lens (WGSL) due to elevated residual higher-order root mean square wavefront error (HORMS WFE). The patient then underwent evaluation for binocular vision. RGP= Rigid Gas Permeable; VA= visual acuity; Ox= Over refraction; Unit for Randot test=arc second.
