This table is a summary of current publicly available understandings of each cell line as well as novel identifiers and characterization vectors from the analyses discussed here. Heterogeneity is a ranking system based on cluster counts generated from a standard resolution parameter. Stemness is the ranking score based on custom entropy scoring predictions. Higher-resolution subtyping clarifies some of the ambiguating in cell line disease subtyping. Marker identification is a significant and isolated representative gene in each cell line compared to the remaining global dataset
