eNMR velocities of ions and solvent molecules under an applied electric field. All velocities reflect an applied electric field of 1 V mm−1; measurements were performed in a range of electric fields and velocities were scaled to 1 V mm−1. Velocities were converted to the moving electrode reference frame using the method of ref. 32, described further in the ESI.
