IC50 values were calculated from dose-response experiments using Topotecan with an initial concentration of 10 µg/ml and 10 twofold concentrations. The Ratios for BHGc7 and BHGc71 are 54.7 ± 17.9 and 23.5 ± 4.1, respectively. All results are statistically significant.
