Representative immunofluorescence images of cells that were maintained in A, C, E) complete (+0.1 μM Asc) differentiation medium without further additions (−) or in B, D. F) complete medium containing 100 ng/mL IL-6. Staining was performed with mAb 82E1 (for the N-terminal of β-CTF/Αβ, green), mAb AM (for HS-anMan, green), mAb SYNfil (green), pAb anti-TH (red), and DAPI (for nuclei, blue).
