This experiment’s: Detection of mitochondrial proteins and CoQ10. (A) BN-PAGE workflow, after electrophoresis, the gel was divided into two part. Gels fractionated were bead-crushed in solution [PBS:Methanol:Hexane = 1:5:10 (v/v/v)]. After gel crushing, the hexane layer was separated. The extracted CoQ10 was analyzed by HPLC-ECD. A typical chromatogram (second gel from the top) is shown.
