Rep disrupts the binding of 16E2 to p300. (A) Increasing concentrations of Rep68 disrupt the association of GST-16E2 with IVT p300. The binding reaction was carried out as described in the legend to Fig. 5B. The same concentrations of bovine serum albumin (BSA) were used as a control. (B) Increasing concentrations of Rep68 do not disrupt the association of GST-16E2 with IVT AMF-1, a cellular factor known to associate with the N terminus of E2.
