Electron microscopy of immunogold-labeled G4L protein. BS-C-1 cells were infected with vG4Li in the presence of 50 μM IPTG. Frozen sections were stained with a MAb to the HA epitope tag and protein A-conjugated gold grains and examined by electron microscopy.
