OSA events are based on adverse events that occurred between the date of the first dose of study medication until treatment end plus an additional 14 days. HR, 95% CI, and P value are based on a stratified Cox proportional hazards model that includes categorical terms for treatment, sex, geographical region, baseline BMI, baseline HbA1c, and baseline eGFR, a continuous term for age, and a stratification factor for enrollment cohort.
