Yields (% rel. quant.) of 18:1 (oleic acid), 18:2 (linoleic acid), and Ara and their corresponding monotrans (mt) isomers obtained after transesterification of RBC ghosts (1 mM) incubated at 37 °C in the open air for 15 h in the presence of 10 µM Fe²⁺, 100 µM H₂O₂, with/without the addition of 10 μM 2-mercaptoethanol as a thiol.
