Frequency distribution of alterations to gene expression in glioma patients. Eleven lipid metabolism genes (ASAH2, FASN, SMPD2, SMPD3, PHYH, SPTLC3, SGMS1, SGMS2, SPHK1, SPHK2, UGCG) and eleven conventional oncogenes (AKT1, AKT2, AKT3, MYC, MAPK13, PIK3CB, PI3KCG, PI3KCD, NRAS, KRAS, TNF) with significantly altered expression were analyzed. The frequency of the alterations in expression (either higher or lower) was analyzed in patients with glioma in the REMBRANDT database.
