Establishment of the experimental model and protocol. Mice were randomly divided into three groups (n = 8/group). LM8 cells were suspended in PBS and then injected into the dorsal subcutaneous area of C3H/He female mice. Daily treatment was initiated 1 day after tumor cell injection. Mice were sacrificed at 5 weeks after injection, and the lungs and tumors were excised. The lung metastasis was measured by counting the metastatic node using hematoxylin and eosin staining.
