Inp52p-GFP colocalizes with actin patches following hyperosmotic stress. Cells expressing Inp52p-GFP were treated with 0.9 M NaCl for the indicated times, fixed with formaldehyde, and stained with rhodamine-phalloidin. Cells were analyzed by confocal microscopy.
