With the exception of Basal breast cancer, the scores for the various breast cancer subtypes are approximately normally distributed. For the Basal subtype, the bimodality of the distribution hints at the existence of a subgroup of patients with characteristics different from the rest of the class (Supplementary Fig. S3).
