Anti-CoRBS Ab binding. Anti-CoRBS Ab—17b binding to (A) HIV-1_CH58TF, (B) HIV-1_JRFL, or (C) HIV-1_AD8-infected primary CD4+ T cells was performed in the presence of 50 µM of the indicated CD4mcs or the same volume of vehicle (DMSO). The median fluorescence intensity (MFI) of 17b binding is reported for the productively infected cell (p24+) population. Data shown are the mean ± SD of at least three independent experiments.
