Changes in the bladder microcirculation as assessed in mice 24 h after the induction of a UTI. Using IVM, levels of rolling (A) and adhering (B) leukocytes were assessed. Functional capillary density (FCD; (C)) was also evaluated. Animals were treated at T = 6 h post inoculation and underwent IVM at T = 24 h.
