The effect of compound 6 on the duration of licking/biting behaviour in the acute phase (0–5 min after formalin injection and in the late phase (15–30 min after formalin injection). The tested compound or vehicle (1% Tween 80) were administered 30 min intraperitoneally (i.p.) before the test. The results are presented as bar plots showing the mean ± SEM.
