LP-19 is a highly potent inhibitor against 47 clinical HIV isolates viruses compared to C34 and T-20. (A, B) The heat map was performed using GraphPad Prism version 8.4.0 for macOS, GraphPad Software San Diego, California USA. The IC₅₀ scales are the antiviral activity of LP-19, C34, and T-20 on 47 clinical strains. The yellow-red color in the heat map indicates high IC₅₀ and blue-purple color indicates low IC₅₀.
