Phenome-wide association study of mtDNA copy numberWe used linear and logistic regression for quantitative and case/control phenotypes, respectively, with sex, age, age2 and 20 PCs as covariates. Phenotypes are ordered on the x axis, and the y axis shows the –log10 p value of the association with mtDNA copy number separately within the AFR and EUR cohorts. Associations that pass the 0.005 and 0.05 false discovery rate are colored in red and yellow, respectively.
