Late exponential | 950 | 33 | 13 |
Early diauxic | 1019 | 15 | 9 |
Mid-diauxic | 1019 | 3 | 3 |
Stationary | 1019 | 3 | 2 |
The protein abundances of the MG strain were normalized to the yeast control strain (for the same growth phase and the same condition). Only proteins with a fold change of 1.25 (log2 fold change of ±0.32) or greater and a p value of at least 0.05 are considered. The number of proteins quantified indicates the number of proteins that were detected and quantified in at least two biological replicates.
