Current classification of systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma. The most common t(2;5) (ALK-NPM) is shown. Rare variant rearrangements involving the ALK gene on 2p23 and different partner genes on other chromosomes can occur in 15-25% of cases of ALK-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
