HDAC6 interacts with nsp5 and nsp8 of PDCoV. (A to D) HEK-293T cells were cotransfected with pCAGGS-Flag-HDAC6 and pCAGGS-HA-nsp5 (A and C) or pCAGGS-HA-nsp8 (B and D) for 28 h. The cells were lysed and immunoprecipitated with anti-Flag (A and B) or anti-HA antibodies (C and D). (E and F) LLC-PK1 cells were infected with PDCoV (MOI = 0.5) for 12 h. The cells were lysed and then subjected to Co-IP assay using anti-nsp8 (E) or anti-HDAC6 (F) antibodies. Whole-cell lysates (WCL) and immunoprecipitation (IP) complexes were analyzed by Western blotting with antibodies against Flag, HA, nsp8, HDAC6, or β-actin.
