The effects of Mag on the infiltration of macrophages into the ankle joints of CIA mice. IHC analysis was used to evaluate the expression of F4/80 and CD68 in the ankle joints. F4/80 is as a marker of total macrophages. CD68 was chosen for marking pro-inflammatory macrophages.
