The effects of Mag on the expression of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in CIA mice. (A) ELISA was used to detect the concentrations of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, and MCP-1 in the serum of mice in each group. (B) qRT-PCR was performed to investigate the mRNA expression of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, MCP-1, iNOS, and IFN-β in the synovial tissues of the mice in each group.
