I.m/i.n immunization with aPV and aPV/BcfA generates mucosal and systemic IgA and IgG antibodies. Antibodies in lung homogenates and serum collected at 2 weeks post-boost (d42) were evaluated by an antigen-specific multiplex assay. FHA-, PRN-, and PT-specific IgA (A) and IgG (B) in the lungs. Relative luminescence units were log₁₀ transformed. Data are presented as mean +/- SEM with samples from 5-6 mice/group. One representative experiment of two independent experiments is shown.
