The element analysis was detected by the CHNOS Elemental Analyzer (UNICUBE – Elementar).
The determination of proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates was measured according to the Chinese national standard GB 5009.5-2016, GB 5009.5-2016, and GB/T 15672-2009, respectively.
The ash content was determined through calcination in accordance with ASTM E1755-01.
