An example of summarizing voxelwise group results after clustering using a "highlighting" approach (with the Glasser atlas for reference location; cluster size refers to the number of voxels). Here, the set of atlas ROIs which comprise >10% of the cluster volume are shown (and this fraction could be adjusted). The main section of the table (top) shows the summary information for the suprathreshold clusters in Fig. 2A–C; the secondary section (bottom) shows how additional locations of interest that are visible with the highlighting approach can be presented (here, the two clusters with yellow arrows in Fig. 2, as determined by thresholding in 2D). Note how most clusters overlap meaningfully with multiple regions, each of which are highlighted by relative fraction. This can be contrasted with using a single voxel to summarize a voxel, as in Table 1. We see by comparison that neither the center of mass voxels for Clusters #2, #3 and #9 nor the peak voxels for Cluster #8 lie within a major region of overlap.
