Attributed lifestyles are determined based on rnn copy numbers (oligotrophy < 0.5, copiotroph ≥ 5) to the lowest possible taxonomic rank provided in the rnnDB. The fungal lifestyles of the two fOTUs remained unclassified using FUNGuild. Relative abundance is given in %.
