There are 21 microbiotas shared by the mid-gut and salivary glands, as well as 20 and 10 organ-specific microbiotas, respectively. The microbiome shared by both organs had a high ratio, and Arcobacter was the only organ-specific microbiome in the salivary glands with a percentage of above 5%. In Acinetobacter, there was a statistically significant difference (Wilcoxon rank-sum test, p<0.05).
