(AM) Tumor, serum, or inguinal white adipose tissue samples at sacrifice from the experiment in Figure 3 were processed for measurement of the levels of tumor-infiltrating myeloid cells (AE) by FACS analysis (see Supplemental Figure 1 for gating strategy), tumor mRNA levels relative to H1792 parental cohort of the indicated genes normalized to β-actin (FJ), immunoblot analysis of inguinal white adipose tissue using the indicated antibodies (K), or serum cytokine levels (L and M) as described in Methods. Data are shown as mean ± SEM. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, and ****P < 0.0001 based on 1-way (AJ) or 2-way (L and M) ANOVA followed by either Dunnett’s (AJ) or Bonferroni’s (L and M) multiple-comparison test for significant differences from the H1792ΔSTK11 cohort.
