Single cases of HOOK3-FGFR1 and FOXO1-FGFR1 gene fusions have also been reported in paediatric cancers but the molecular structure of these fusions is either unknown or unreported and as such are not included in this figure. Figures were generated using Protein Paint [128]. A list of genomic variants used to generate this figure, and the specific paediatric cancer subtypes they have been identified in is included as Supplementary Table 1.
