Interventricular septum thickness at end diastole (IVS;d) and end systole (IVS;d), left ventricular internal dimension at end diastole (LVID;d) and end systole (LVID;s), left ventricular posterior wall thickness at end diastole (LVPW;d) and end systole (LVPW;s), ejection fraction (EF), fractional shortening (FS), left ventricular mass (LV Mass), left ventricular volume at end diastole (LV Volume;d) and end systole (LV Volume;s), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), and heart rate (HR). Datasets were analyzed via two-way ANOVA with Dunnett’s multiple comparisons test (n = 10 mice/group).
