Overview of ROBUST-Web. (A) The ROBUST algorithm is implemented in a Python package. It includes study bias data obtained from IntaAt (see Section 3 for details) and computes a disease module, given a user-provided seed set and PPI network. (B) The web framework calls the Python package and stores the discovered disease module in a database for later retrieval via a stable URL. (C) For result exploration, ROBUST-Web uses the Drugst.One plugin which provides features for tissue expression, drug repurposing, enrichment analysis, and in silico validation.
