(a) After SK-MES-1 and A549 cells were treated with 100, 200, or 400 μM midazolam, cell proliferation was detected by EdU staining assay. (b) Colony formation assay was carried out to determine the colony-forming capacity of SK-MES-1 and A549 cells exposed to 100, 200, or 400 μM midazolam.
